Unapologetically Italian LLC (hereafter referred to as "u-Italian") offers a comprehensive warranty on its products. This warranty ensures that products are free from material and workmanship defects for one year from the delivery date. u-Italian will repair or replace any defective product at its discretion. This warranty excludes damages due to accidents, misuse, alterations, or improper care.

The 1-year limited warranty applies solely to u-Italian products. Third-party products are covered under their respective warranties. u-Italian expressly disclaims all other warranties, both explicit and implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except as stated or as required by law.

For warranty claims, purchasers should contact u-Italian's customer service to arrange product inspection. If a defect due to materials or workmanship is confirmed, u-Italian will undertake necessary repairs or replacements without charge. If original materials are unavailable, u-Italian may use materials of comparable quality as substitutes. Any alterations made by the purchaser will void this warranty. This warranty is valid only for the original buyer and does not cover issues from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or lack of maintenance. Light bulbs, drivers, and any non-U-Italian supplied products are not covered under this warranty.
