4. What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards.

5. Do you charge sales tax?
All orders shipped to addresses within California state will be charged 8.75% of the total order.

6. Is my online order secure?
We are committed to protecting your privacy and providing a secure and safe shopping experience. When you place orders or access your account, all information is encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. We do not sell, trade, or disclose your personal information to others. Your information is collected solely to process and fulfill your order. 7. How and where do you ship?
All orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified. We do not ship to PO Boxes due to UPS restrictions. Our shipping and handling rate is based on the total order and is approximately 6.5% for products shipped within the 48 contiguous states and approximately 9.5% for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada. For orders being shipped to Canada, our shipping fee does not include additional taxes, duties, and brokerage fees. These charges are billed. 8. What if something is missing or arrives damaged?
Our products are packed to exceed UPS requirements and are shipped free from defects. If damage has occurred in transit, please notify us within 7 days to arrange for a replacement or to ensure that we can file a claim with UPS. All other claims such as incorrect items, shortage, and quality of goods must be made to Unapologetically Italian LLC within seven days of receipt.

9. What is your production lead time?
Given the delicate and artisanal nature of our items, our stock is often limited and products are made only at the customer's request. This On-Demand production process guarantees the customer a high-quality product with excellent customization possibilities. However, this requires longer waiting times than other industrial or non-artisanal products. The average waiting time for an order ranges from 6 to 8 weeks. This depends on the quantity ordered and the level of detailed customization required. These times are necessary for production in Italy and shipping to the USA. In some circumstances, these times may be shorter or longer, depending on the availability of the craftsmen and the necessary materials. As soon as your order is received, our customer service team will contact you with an estimated delivery date. If said wait time does not fit your needs, we can offer alternative selections or a full refund. 10. What is your return policy?
Due to the hand-crafted nature of our work, we do not accept returns. We will replace anything that was damaged in transit or if an incorrect item was received. We are happy to make an exchange and work with you to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. All exchange transactions must take place within 30 days of the invoice date and items must be returned in a resalable condition. If there are circumstances that require us to accept a return please note that this will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and the item must be in a resalable condition. A credit will be issued towards a future purchase but we cannot offer any refunds.

11. Where are your products made?
All of our products are 100% made in Italy. Our glass products are blown in Venice, The Ceramic and porcelains are handmade in Vicenza, the metal Products are made in Milan and the marbles come from the Tuscany region.

All our products are conceived and designed by designer Daniele Gualeni.

12. Where are your fixtures assembled?
In Brescia. In the heart of northern Italy, between Milan and Venice.

13. Do you work on custom projects?
Yes, with his experience Daniele Gualeni can assist you both as an interior design consultant and as a lighting designer. If you do not find the solution you are looking for on the website, do not hesitate to contact us. We can create customized lights for you, made in Italy and tailored to your needs. 14. What are 'Unapologetically Italian' environmental policies and practices?
We recycle and reuse all packing materials that we receive in shipments. In order to ship glass safely and effectively, it is necessary to use packing peanuts and bubble wrap, however, we urge the consumer to reuse these or to contact their local recycling center for proper disposal of these materials.

Our artisans in Italy blow only lead-free glass and comply with the European Environmental Agency’s (EEA) strict environmental laws. The EEA and the Italian government have enacted a variety of stringent laws to protect the environment that encompasses protecting the soil, water, and air from pollutants. Any factory that does not comply with these regulations will be closed down. Unapologetically Italian LLC in California, in collaboration with our artisans in Italy meet fair labor practices.

Our compact fluorescents or LED bulbs are compatible with the majority of lighting products in our line.

Non-toxic finishes are used throughout all aspects of manufacturing.

16. What are the mounting options for the pendant fixtures?

Many of our lamps are equipped with standard fixtures designed and configured to suit the design of the lamp.

The lights on this website are sold with a standard cable, with color and finish as shown in the product image.

The cable length, unless otherwise specified, is 150cm (60 inches). The canopy supplied is a standard canopic with a diameter of approximately 6 inches and a height of approximately 1 inch, white in color.

At the customer's request we can perform the following product customizations:

-Mount different canopies, even thinner and with a more accurate and modern design

-Customize the color of the cable and the lining material: cloth or metal

-Prepare the cable length to suit the needs of your interior.

The customization and preparation of the light have an extra cost of $150 plus the cost of the components to be installed (custom cables and canopies).

17. What is a ceiling canopy?

A ceiling (or wall canopy) canopy is a round metal plate that is supplied with the light fixture and covers the junction box in the ceiling (or wall). The junction box is where all the electrical wires are housed.

18. What metal finishes are available for the hardware?

Chrome, White, Black.

19. Can the mounting options be customized?

Yes. In most cases, we can modify our hardware to suit a range of installation needs.

20. Can I use the pendant fixtures on a track system?

Yes. We can adapt our fixtures with track adapters that you provide and the OAL (overall length) of the drop that you require. 21. How do I determine the length of the drop of the stem?

This depends on several factors: your ceiling height and where the fixture will hang, for example over a table or counter. All stem-mounted fixtures are made to order. The information we need is the OAL the OVERALL LENGTH. To determine this simply measure the distance from the ceiling to where you would like the bottom of the fixture to be. We will do the math there is no need to subtract diffuser measurements.

22. Is there a recommended height above a table for the pendant?

Yes. The recommended height above a table is 36". Any height between 32 "and 38" is still considered correct.

23. Can additional lighting hardware be ordered separately?

Yes. Under special circumstances.

24. What voltage does your lighting accept?

Our lights accept Line Voltage (110-120) the standard electrical voltage in the United States.

25. What kind of bulbs do you recommend?

We suggest using only LED bulbs for our products. All of our products are tested to run on low power. The power of the bulbs installed on our lights must never exceed the maximum Watts indicated in the product specifications.

26. Can I install the fixture myself?
Installing or hard-wiring our light fixtures is quite straightforward and requires only basic electrical knowledge however, we recommend using a qualified electrician to install our light fixtures.
